Nonetheless, compared to other political and social issues represented by the Palestinian question, it has a number of sharp, acute, chronic conflicts that have existed for several years. At the core of this issue is the plain factual reality of Palestinians’ suffering and oppression in modern times.

Palestinians receive various elements of their human rights minimum acknowledgement in the domains of mobility and quality employment and revenue on account of Israeli supremacy and bigotry. The actions of Israelis laying down infrastructures that the United Nations and other International agencies or authorities regard as infringements of international law have fuelled a rise in tensions and displacement of Palestinians from their ancestral homes.

Human rights organizations continue to present society and the world at large with cases of brutality and violation of human rights; unlawful use of force was committed by the Israeli security forces who arbitrarily arrested and detained many Palestinians without trial or any form of fair hearing and, in effect, tortured them. Besides this, just as in Syria and Iraq, Palestinians need food, which they are unable to receive, as well as other basic needs such as education and healthcare and children are not spared in this aspect.

For over half a decade, Gaza, a small strip of land with approximately 1 ½ million residents, has been under a blockade, and those people do not have a humanitarian crisis because they have no clean water, electricity or adequate healthcare. The constantly recurring cycles of warfare, accompanied by civilian casualties and destroyed infrastructure, make the humanitarian situation worse.

Battles intended to seek political resolutions of the situation differ in their effectiveness. The demands of combat culmination, as well as the efforts to promote peaceful processes consistent with international law, raise geopolitical concerns.

While looking for the best way to deal with the conflict of the state of Palestine against Israel as the world continues to look for the best way to solve the conflict in the Middle East, it is crucial to consider giving the head-brown side. Various efforts that are made in an endeavour to alter the preexisting structural injustice and to seek appropriate treatment to alter it for the better are crucial in the quest for sustainable peace and order within the affected area.
